Meet the Educators.
Growing up in the industry attending her first hair show at the age of 3 and her first position in a salon at 14 was just the beggining for Rachelle's career in the beauty industry. Her passion for growth pushes her to step outside the box on a daily basis trying new techniques and sharing with others. She believes in raising the bar in our industry and giving back to the hair community. "Growth is something that I strive for every day with my own clients and love to share the stylists around me. Success starts with you, but for me having the opportunity to collaborate with the stylists in my salon and bounce ideas off each other excites us all and creates a vibe one can't create on their own." Proud to be a part Pravana's International Educators team Rachelle heads to L.A. annually to collaborate and learn with some of our industries top influencers. She brings back advanced training and tools to grow her skill set and offers global education to other local stylists.
