Rachelle McMann opened Xpose Salon in 2014 with one mission: to create a space where education, collaboration, and creativity thrive.
What started as a small, passionate team has grown into a salon culture rooted in support, mentorship, and ongoing learning.
Rachelle believes deeply in investing in her team and in raising the bar—not just for great hair, but for the industry as a whole.

Driven by a desire to fill gaps she saw in the hair extension market, she went on to launch her own professional brand, LIVD IN Hair Co.—a luxury extension line and education platform designed by a stylist, for stylists. With ethically sourced, true-to-tone hair and hands-on education, the brand now empowers salons and stylists across Canada.
Rachelle mentors salon owners and stylists looking to grow—not just in technique, but in confidence, leadership, and business clarity. Whether it’s building a salon brand, improving client retention, or finding your niche, Rachelle’s coaching is built on experience and empathy.
